Fischer Theatre ("Fischer Theatre," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. The Fischer Theatre SMS program is operated on our behalf by The Regulars Circle LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information we receive from visitors to our website and subscribers to our SMS messaging program. By using our website or signing up for our text messages, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Contact information you provide voluntarily, such as your first name, mobile phone number, and email address when signing up for our text program, donating, or contacting us.
Transactional information related to ticket purchases, donations, and venue inquiries.
SMS program data including your opt-in date, opt-in source (web form, keyword, in-venue signage, or staff intake), the text of messages you send to us in reply, and your opt-out status.

We use the information we collect to:

Send the recurring text messages you signed up to receive (show announcements, ticket deals, member presales, event reminders, and donation appeals).

3. SMS Program — Mobile Information Sharing

We treat your mobile phone number and SMS-program data with extra care. The following statement describes our practice in plain language:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted only as needed to provide the messaging service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

The only third parties who handle mobile information do so strictly to deliver our SMS program on our behalf:

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector LLC) — our messaging platform, which transmits messages to and from your phone.
The Campaign Registry (TCR) — the U.S. wireless industry registry for A2P 10DLC compliance.
Mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others) — who route the messages to your device.

These service providers are contractually limited to using your information solely to operate the SMS program on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

4. Information Sharing Generally

Outside of the SMS program described above, we may share non-mobile information with:

Service providers who help us operate the theatre, including our ticketing platform, email service, payment processor, and website host. These vendors process information only to perform services for us.
Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, the safety of our patrons, or the public.
In a business transfer in the unlikely event of a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, with appropriate notice to you.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

6. Data Retention

We retain SMS program data (your phone number, opt-in source, and opt-in date) for as long as you remain subscribed and for up to four (4) years after you opt out, in order to maintain compliance records as required by U.S. wireless industry rules. Other personal information is retained as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Stop receiving texts. Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out immediately. You may also email info@fischertheatre.com to be removed.
Re-enroll. If you opt out and want to receive messages again later, you can sign up again at any time on our SMS sign-up page or by texting our keyword.
Access, correct, or delete your information. Contact us using the information below to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you.
Marketing email opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and SMS program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes to the SMS program portions of this policy will be communicated by text message before they take effect.
